As part of the diversification plan, LTK Development Sdn Bhd acquired a piece of 1.76 acres land in Kapar, Klang.
LTKM was elected as the winner of the 2006 top 100 hundred of the Edge/KPMG Shareholders' Award. The company was ranked as number one in Agricultural Industry category.

Established Ladang Ternakan Kelang (Melaka) Sdn Bhd on the 16th of October. This company was subsequently renamed LTK (Melaka) Sdn Bhd.

LTK acquired 448 acres of freehold land in the district of Durian Tunggal, Melaka. Hence, it became the single largest centralized poultry farm in Malaysia.

LTK managed to reach its maximum capacity of 350,000 birds producing 200,000 eggs per day.

LTK acquired another two adjacent lots of 22 acres land in Kundang to accommodate the farm's expansion.
 
The Beginning ...
The passion for egg business has led the Tan family to establish a small scale farm for the production of chicken eggs, which also led to the incorporation of Ladang Ternakan Kelang Sdn Bhd ("LTK") that was held in 1976 by the three Tan brothers. From its humble beginning, the farm initially operated on a small piece of 10-acre land in Kampung Jawa, Klang.
