LTK Omega Plus are fresh hen eggs specially produced to provide our consumers with extra goodness of Omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids, Vitamin E, natural caretenoids and organic selenium in addition to the wholesome list of natural nutrients in eggs.

With the advanced research from MARDI (Malaysian Agriculture research and Development Institute) an all natural vegetarian feeds was developed consists of flaxseeds for our specially selected hens. LTK Omega Plus eggs are able to provide up to 5 times more Omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids and 4 times more Vitamin E compared with regulars eggs. Omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids are believed to have been linked to the reduction of heart disease, stroke, hypertension, LDL cholesterol, breast cancer, colon cancer and rheumatoid arthritis. It is also vital to the development of the brain and retina tissues in the eyes, especially for the fetus and children.

LTK Omega Plus eggs are now available at all leading supermarkets and hypermarkets stores of Chinese medicine halls, mini markets and night markets across Peninsular Malaysia.

Vitamin E, natural caretenoids and selenium are known for its antioxidant function as scavengers of free radicals in our body. It has also been reported that vitamin E has a preventive role in heart disease and cancers.

The Canadian Health Ministry recommends a daily dietary intake of 1,500 mg of Omega-3 fatty acids for adult males and 1,100 mg for adult females. USRDA for Vitamin E is about 8mg-10mg.
